Time is running out to find a date for Valentine's Day, but Babe isn't troubling herself too much, since she already has the perfect companion -- an adorable, lively, highly intelligent vegan (herself). Yes, it's going to be a DIY kind of affair on Monday. To create the perfect, peaceful evening, Babe's shopping list includes, of course, chocolate and some cheap pink wine, which she will try not to drop on a cute organic pink nightie from Eberjey ($94) or white slippers ($48). Set the mood with a rose-scented candle ($15) and a DVR'd episode of Big Love (Margene might be a bigamist, but she's vegan in real life!), and voila, the perfect V-Day for the single gal.
