Compassion for all creatures is at the root of Babe's veganism, but she must admit, she has a love/hate relationship with Punxsutawney Phil. She'd definitely give him the cold shoulder this year after he predicted six more weeks of winter. While it might be too soon to ditch the heavy coats and sweaters, Babe is nonetheless preparing for the arrival of spring, starting with a revamped makeup bag. A good base is Physicians Formula's new Organic wear liquid foundation ($13.95), at right, which contains SPF 15 -- highly desirable should Babe's puss ever see warm sunshine again. To create a fresher look, she's tossing the matte gray eyeliner and deep lip color in favor of Urban Decay's Cream Eyeshadow ($17) in Midnight Rodeo and lipstick ($22) in Midnight Cowboy, a pretty shimmery beige. Dust on Gabriel Cosmetics' ZuZu Luxe Blush ($15.95) in Sunset for a dewy flush. And to combat shine, Babe likes to dot her T-zone with Beauty Without Cruelty's Ultra-Fine Loose Powder ($16.95).
