We all know that purple is the color of royalty (why else do you think Babe chose it as one of her signature shades?). It's also a great hue with which to transition your fashion and accessories wardrobe from summer to fall. The Isabella scoop neck tee ($16.50) from Delia's comes in a rich purple that will look great until Labor Day with white shorts and metallic sandals and would complement a navy blazer or cardigan in cooler months. Over at Urban Outfitters, grab this cute minidress ($118) from Hawks by Geren Ford, which can be worn with bare legs now and thick cotton stockings and stacked pumps in late September. At the office, Babe thinks Yoana Baraschi's purple plaid pencil skirt ($168) would be divine with a crisp white shirt. The look would be even more stylish if she were carrying the plum Rohe bag ($265) from Matt & Nat, at right. Those price tags are a little steep, but Babe decrees that it all evens out if she also picks up these two-tone faux croc ballet flats from Old Navy for $24.50.
